When you workout, you’re literally breathing out and sweating out fat. Then imagine after that hard workout, you get into the shower and wash that nasty fat off of your body. Encouraging? I’d hope so.

Please don’t eat. PLEASE don’t eat. I know you think you don’t care right now. But you will. Look at all those clothes you want to buy when you’re skinny. Don’t you want to have those thin thighs and a small waist? Don’t you want to be delicate? Please don’t eat, honey. You can do this. You don’t need food. You’ll be okay. Just get through the day, and you can eat tomorrow. PLEASE look at thinspo, try as hard as you can to get back into this mindset. You can do this. You WILL be skinny.

When in the morning the number on the scale drops much lower than you hoped for. Breaking a plateau. Clothes feeling lose. Feeling full from a small meal. All these little victories that help you being patient, staying strong until you reach your UGW and all the battles you’ve lost don’t matter anymore because you won the war.
Imagine if…
There was like this fake summer camp thing that was totally free and you get to go off, away from your parents, family & friends and meet up with a bunch of other people with Ana and Ed’s. You would spend weeks together and we would all motivate eachother and share thinspo and make real life Ana buddies. We would be able to fast in peace and not worry about having to hide it. Imagine the look on everyone’s face when you come back, have lost 20kg and you’re boney as hell… omg that’d be fantastic.

Good feelings that I wanna feel again🌙
~ when i saw lower number on scale
~ when i said “no” for all this snacks that someone offered me
~ when my best friend worried when i didn’t eat anything in school and she wanted me to eat instead of giving me this little jokes about my weight
~ when i bought and drank 0.5l water bottle in tram that my mum won’t see that i didn’t bought any food
~ when i gave all sweets i had to my friends instead of eat them
~ when my stomach started growling
~ when we accidentally talked about calories and she said that 1500 cal is perfect amount for us and then i felt just this power and i felt stronger, that i can eat my freaking 800 and it’s still low for some people. It’s good to remember.
